Born hires care coordinators and care partners as W-2 employees. You pair with intelligence that sees what no one team could. You bring the part only a human can — judgment, warmth, and the phone call that changes a family’s week.

Born is hiring care partners so the families who trust us can rest easier. We are an equal opportunity employer offering competitive pay, real benefits, paid training, and a team that stands behind you — paired with the most considered ambient intelligence in the home.
Our DNA
Our care partners are the humans behind the signal. Born sees the fall, the missed routine, the slow shift in mobility. A care partner is the person who calls, listens, coordinates with the doctor, talks to the daughter — and then writes the note that keeps the family steady.
What sets Born apart is not just the intelligence — it’s how we treat the people who give it warmth. We pay above market because the judgment matters. We train because experience compounds. We listen because nobody knows this work like the people doing it. Families feel the difference. So do the care partners who make it possible.
What we’re building
The work, with the right tools beside you.

Families deserve more than a phone tree. Care partners deserve more than a list of unfamiliar names. Born gives both sides the same context — what changed in the home, what matters now, who to call — and lets the people do the part only people can.
